Funeral services for Carlos A. Pando, 48, of Brownfield will be held at 10am Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church with Father John Ohlig officiating. Visitation will be held from 5-6pm and a rosary will be at 6pm Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at Brownfield Funeral Home Chapel.
Carlos will be remembered as a deeply family-oriented man whose life was centered on the people he loved most. He was all about family, and that devotion shaped the way he lived and the way he will be remembered by those who knew him best. He also found joy in the simple and meaningful things that brought comfort and beauty to everyday life.
Music was one of his favorite hobbies, and he loved it deeply. He also enjoyed doing yard work, taking pride in caring for the spaces around him. Carlos was preceded in death by his grandparents, Cipriano and Juanita Pando and Trinidad and Carlota Alvarado.
Carlos is survived by his parents, Alejandro and Manuela wife, Maggie Jimenez; sons, Miguel Angel, Carlos Alejandro, Jr., Sebastian, Adrian, Benjamin and Kevin; daughters, Melinda and Amanda; 10 grandchildren; brothers, Cipriano and Alejandro, Jr. and sister, Yesenia.
